Claudio loves Hero, and Benedick hates Beatrice. This is just as well because Hero loves Claudio and Beatrice hates Benedick. Everyone laughs when Don Pedro plays a trick on them, letting each think they are secretly love by the other. Murderous rage is unleashed, and death can be the only solution …or can it? Now in its 30th year. Illyria has delighted audiences throughout the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, France, The United States and Canada performing some of the most well-loved productions on offer.

The company has won 4 International ‘Best Performance’ awards and numerous ‘5 Star’ and ‘Critics choice’ reviews for the lively clarity of its approach to Shakespeare’s plays. ‘We are really pleased to be performing at Logie again and cannot wait to see how the audience reacts’ says Artistic director Oliver Gray.
