Carry on Streamin’

Edinburgh Folk Club has now published the fourth edition and fifth edition of its new video series Carry on Streamin’. Earlier editions are also available on the YouTube channel.

Carry on Streamin’ has been produced to help raise funds for the Paddy Bort Fund, created in 2017 (shortly after Paddy died) to offer some support to folk musicians struggling financially through no fault of their own. Right now that applies to almost all.

Readers who would like to donate directly should go to the Edinburgh Folk Group’s PayPal account.

Hugh Kerr

Hugh has been a music lover all his adult life. He has written for the Guardian, the Scotsman, the Herald and Opera Now. When he was an MEP, he was in charge of music policy along with Nana Mouskouri. For the last three years he was the principal classical music reviewer for The Wee Review.
